I don't think you'll like the tomatoes peels. Probably better blanched and peeled.

🐈 I think your gonna find the tomato's will be stringy. Probably better pre-boiled and peeled.

Nope. I've made spaghetti sauce with small tomatoes with peel on. Turns out great.
