Shocked to know, earlier to Article 370 abrogation, there was no Women commission, no SC ST commission in J&K. Kashmir's numerical majority was raking the benefits meant for Minority Hindus, Christians, Sikhs, SC STs. So all of them are treated as second class citizens in their own Country. I would never wish such draconian Article that denies equal rights to return.

There is a time limit allotted to every member of the parliament based on the strength of their party. Congress had a total of 1:31 minutes and rest of the opposition combined had nearly 3hrs of time including the independent members. The government of India had a little over 6:30 hrs , that's why HM can speak for over 2hrs while Rahul can't.
