Every serious collection needs a Reverso.

Sir I disagree with people who say every collection needs any particular watch. Please stop. Every collection does not need a moon watch, or a submariner, or a reverso. You should collect watches that make you happy, brightens your day! The watch that you can’t stop looking at. The watch you want to carry to bed with you, put it on your night stand and it looks so beautiful that you are conflicted about spending time with your gorgeous spouse or your gorgeous watch! If reverso is not for you, it’s not for you. I am not gonna tell any man or woman if a particular watch should be in their “collection” because who am I to say what “should” be in anybody’s collection. Please take this notion out of your head that every piece of history should be included in your collection. I believe only the pieces that moves my heart will be in my collection. That being said, reverso is a gorgeous watch and I can’t wait to earn it.

Thank you for making this video documentary for us JLC Reverso fans. so, you glue the glass? I am shocked , Isn't there a more sophisticated way of doing this.. is this a common practice in high horology? Doesn't glue change behavior in extreme temperature variances?

You need to make a metal bracelet sports watch. Something completely original but still drawing on JLC’s history. Borrow design cues from the Reverso, but make it modern. Do it for us, the fans.
