My like came the moment she stated she used the earth of the site for brick building... The architecture rising from the site... So contextual... Humble work :)

Iam sure most of us don't like this kinda stuff as it is like a black & white era building but that's reality we got so used to artificial colours and lights that we don't like this natural stuff anymore. Creativity and thinking of this brilliant architect is of next level and practical.

Awesome!! Pleasantly surprised to witness an architect talking sheer technical stuff rather than only planning and interior part.. Wonderful concept and greatly executed!!

Conceptually it is good. But i think its a very evolved taste in terms of design. For someone not from the same field i guess this is too bold for a home. Good work anyways
@abhilashkb31104 жыл бұрын
Am sorry to say this, as a civil engineer,i must say that avoiding lintels is infact a structural blunder. For aesthetics you can have your own taste but for structure do consult a good engineer. Am sorry if i hurt anyone..

Can someone be kind to please share with me the name or kind of brick used outside the house?
@KhanRandhawa4 жыл бұрын
it is just usual clay red bricks but not baked (as it is usually done with heat from coal which is not eco-friendly) when you don't bake it ,you can mechanically compress the bricks (like they did) or add lime, and sun-dry them followed by curing( keeping under water for 21 days ). They can use this as they are not putting slab(roof) loads on it because they used columns to bear load .
@beejonsahu99223 жыл бұрын
Upto 2 storey house plan the walls made with 12 inch or more thick CSEB earth blocks ( stabilized Compressed Earth Blocks) can be load bearing.👍
