Just a tip for shredding cheese: you can either shred directly into the bag or I like to shred over a piece of parchment or wax paper, so I can just pick it up and dump the little pieces into the bag. :) I love your videos, they are so calming and inspiring!

I love all your decluttering and organizing tips. I'm elderly so I find it hard to reach the back of shelves etc. So I took everything out of my lower cabinets and put them in plastic bins so I can just slide the bin out and take out whatever I need. When I first did this, I found dishes and small appliances that I didn't even remember I had in the far back of the lower kitchen shelves! I also used your decluttering tips for organizing my kitchen drawers and it makes it so much easier to find things. Keep up the good work!

I started shredding my own cheese and I won't ever go back!! Such a huge difference in taste! I finally invested in a cheese shredder KitchenAid attachment and it's so wonderful ❤

We love grating our own cheese too! I use one of the cheese graters with the round grater, and handle that you spin. They work SO FAST! It’s one of my favorite purchases for sure. Love how the floating shelves turned out!

Congrats on your applesauce! So satisfying! I was taught to quarter the apples and throwing them in a stock pot (skin, seeds and all) with a little water so they don't scorch. Cook down and run thru food mill. No peeling necessary! Freezes well too if you don't have time to can ❤️ but canning is so rewarding!

Hannah I loved buying our staples foods we use a lot of and I have huge plastic bins and like you I fill up my cupboards single containers and in each container I have the vintage stainless steel scoop in each large bins. I do a bushel of summer rambos every summer for applesauce. We cook ours with a little water so it is not thick. We do put sugar in ours and we blend it in the blender until it is completely smooth. It is alot of work and kind of a sticky mess but it is well worth it. Glad to see you are canning. We are so used to our applesauce that we can't eat whats in the stores. Really enjoy your videos.
