Luckily I’m retired, but coming from Washington state and compared to there, Nevada wages are TERRIBLE!!! 🤷🏼‍♂️🤔👎🏻

With this trend, prices will come down as people are forced to sell, due to economic reasons, higher overall inflation, layoffs, etc.

If the average person can't afford a home, how is it possible that home prices are rising? I would expect them to fall.
