Time to drive some helical piles💪🏽
On Monday we checked in with Joaquin, Julian, and Josue as they installed the first of their helical piles at this hillside home in Laguna Niguel!
In total they’ll install 13 of these helical piles to address the 6+ inches of settling followed up by 3 helical tiebacks to address the lateral movement towards the slope in the backyard.
How deep do you think they’ll need to drive these vertical piles to find good soils?🤔
