Sister, no window in kitchen. And most of people think gas oven is good why? Gas can leak and dangerous and can kill you. And Canada is going green having utility running by gas will cost you more due to carbon tax. Electricity is more clean energy. And what is difference between electric and gas oven and what is benefit of having gas oven?

It will be always worth if you can afford it. In most of the cases people are buying houses thinking that monthly mortgage is affordable. They will keep on paying mortgage for 15-20 years. Are you seeing the rise in the interest rates. Realtors know nothing about money movements. They just want to fill up their pockets to payoff their mortgage. Let me tell you that My husband is Pharmacist and work as Pharmacy manager and I’m pharmacy assistant. When we do all maths, we don’t think we can afford buying good independent house. I’m seeing everyone buying house left and right. This is crazy who has that much money to buy $1M house. No offence to home buyers. But, I really wanna know these home buyers secret.
