I just returned from my Goa trip and I absolutely love Goa monsoons ! I get the sunshine bit. Ofcourse, sun, sand and sea are the best combination ever ! But how green is Goa right now ! ❤ It just soothes my heart looking at the greenery and raindrops after living in concrete jungles (read cities).

Hey, you should try the way chefs cook their mushrooms, if you let the moisture from the mushrooms evaporate completely, it has a completely different texture and taste. try it or you could switch to oyster mushrooms. Heat the Pan: Place the skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté and Evaporate: Add the mushrooms and let them brown briefly. They will release moisture; allow it to evaporate completely. Achieve Golden Perfection: Continue to cook and stir the mushrooms until they turn golden brown, adjusting the heat as needed. :)))

It will change your body like magic. The weight you are gaining is normal after teenage and it is not so hard to loose it at this age. Running will also help with your anxiety and stress.
