So glad you took your leg out of the brace and you’re bending it! I wore my brace for over a month locked straight and had to go to physical therapy to learn how to bend my leg again once I was allowed to bend it because i couldn’t bend it for the life of me it was crazy!

so i’m getting plica syndrome surgery on august 18 small 30’min knee arthroscopy procedure ! i know it’s not as bad as acl surgery and recovery is a lot quicker but so nervous cuz never had knee surgery before so nervous 🙈

you should try to wash your hair with some apple cider vinegar, it balances the pH levels and makes your hair not produce as much oils!

Honestly the worst part of the surgery for me was not being able to shower too ugh it was so gross. Also that's so awesome that you're able to move your leg that much. I had ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair and I could not move my leg at all I was in so much pain and i had so much scar tissue
