BAGEL RECIPE
500g flour
300ml warm water
1 yeast packet
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 egg
1. Mix water, sugar, and yeast and let it aside for 5 minutes
2. Mix in another bowl the flour with salt and make place in the middle to put the first mix (water, sugar and yeast)
3. Mix until there is a smooth dough, let it rest until it doubles its size in a bowl with some olive oil (about 1 hour)
4. Take out the air of the dough and divide in 8 buns, let them rest for 15 minutes
5. Preheat oven at 180 celsius
6. Boil water and when you have done the bagels shape boil them for 1 minute each side
7. Paint them with egg and cover with seeds and seasoning
8. Oven for 20-30 minutes

I am watching your video after spending 10.5 hours in the ER myself yesterday. Not an ovarian cyst but a cyst as well. Felt sorry for all the doctor's, nurses, and techs as they were working very hard but don't understand how one person can be in the ER for 10.5 hours. I am happy to hear you were able to find out what was going on and you are feeling better. Logan's (tiktok) cucumber recipes are taking over my life! I haven't tried the one you made but I love the lox version. So good! The bagels looked good and I am going to try to make them this week ☺

You should look into saw palmetto for cysts. The hair supplements that everyone recommends has it as a ingredient. Cysts don’t really go away on their own. I am surprised they said it will. 😅.

Carissa, you should try the cucumbers with Persian cucumbers instead if you can get your hands on them. I personally prefer them over the traditional ones☺️

I had a cyst or palop removed in my early twenties by undergoing a surgery. I would speak to a gyno specialist for a second opinion. Hope you feel better soon!
