Honestly your career vlogging is probably really helping her mental development and thus driving her extra interest in things during her wake time. Our hospital even has volunteers reading/talking to nicu babies because even as tiny tiny tots it stimulates their brain development so much and can have lifelong impacts.

Omg I love the playroom ideas/future plan. Quick tip from a teacher, make it colorful and use symbols first then words. Sorting toys buy colors, then symbols (doll or car for dolls and cars lol) then move to words. You can obviously use both because that's good for young children too.

It’s amazing how fast they grow! We had to stop swaddling Aspen when she was 7 weeks old b.c she was already rolling over from front to back and from back to front. Our pediatrician said her neck strength and ability to hold herself up during tummy time was the level of a 4 month old. She’s now 19 weeks and can almost crawl!

Until about 3 months old, babies love black, white and grey because their eye sight is limited to see those colours! After that you might notice Amber taking interest in more colourful things 🥰

Colour stimulates the babies brain probably why there isn’t so much black and white out there for babies but none the less it’s very cute xx

For the first 12 weeks black and white contrasting patterns stimulates a baby far more and then introduce colour from 12 weeks once baby starts seeing in colour! Just wanted to put the knowledge out there in case you didn’t know 😊

Ikea great for kids birthdays-put them into the activity room (when they are old enough), you get to wander around for an hour, pick them up and feed them whatever their hearts desire-perfect

Love the vid but just be careful with the squirty ducks with Amber, they’re so lovely & seem so innocent but water gets stuck inside, becomes stagnant & can grow mould inside which you obviously can’t see/clean. The water then touches the mould, and if it touches your child’s eye or goes in their mouth it can make them really poorly just like it would if we had mouldy water in our eyes/mouth! Just thought I’d make you aware ! Love the video and Will deffo be buying off Cherryz though ! 💗💗

I always used to glue the holes so they cannot get water in and then soak them in Milton after each bath and dry them and they were always fine when my son was a bubba. He loved them tooo xx

I’d put an IKEA kallax unit on that wall (the cube units) so you can shove all the toys away in it haha and you can get drawer inserts for paints and things

My little girl used to love standing approx 6 weeks. From 12 weeks my daughter used to love her jumperoo. She couldn’t reach the floor or Bounce but she loved sitting in it with a cushion under her feet as she was really supported by the seat unit. Gorgeous amber she’s getting so big! Just wanted to let you both know to watch out for the ducks you bought for Amber’s bath time - if they don’t open up you can’t clean the inside properly so they can grow mould etc. after a few uses. I’d recommend looking into bath toys that can be taken apart and cleaned properly xx
