Do you or Jay have any suggestions on what cold meals my husband can eat while working? He is a FedEx driver and does not have access to a microwave to heat up food. He is obviously very active through the day so something light that will also fill him up during his 10 hour shift. He works out daily but is lacking on the nutrients side. P.S. he’s a picky eater!
