My husband and I are trying to see all the national parks. This past weekend we traveled to Tennessee to hike the smoky mountains. We hiked 47 miles in 5 days!! Forever grateful for the opportunity to travel and move my body. ❤

My favorite part of the weekend was visiting my boyfriend’s mom! She is struggling with body image issues and i had the opportunity to speak with her and get her mind right! She is a very healthy person and constantly goes to orangetheory but was influenced to take weight loss medication that cause her such horrible symptoms that she couldnt workout or eat! I have convinced her to stop taking the medication and getting back into the gym/her health routine.
