During this time last year I was really depressed but now I've learned some healthy habits. Though I still get anxious every now and then,I've learned how to cope with them well! Sorry Mel, I laughed so hard because of the 50 post stamps 🤣And I have to thank you uwu I always see you making matcha in your cute bowl with the zigzag-thingie and I ordered my own things for matcha making now. My boyfriend is so happy because he loves matcha like crazy 😊 For your sleeping problems: How long do you sleep and how many hours is the last time you drink something with caffine? I personally found out that sleeping too long makes me super tired and naps in the afternoon kill my daily routines because I just keep on sleeping LOL I reduced my sleep to 7 hours and wake up very early (5am) and over the day Im much more productive and active :3 I don't say you have to do that too but maybe trying something new for like 2 weeks? Very enjoyable vlog as always uwu
