Michelle, I absolutely loved this episode of your Homebody series! It's so refreshing to see you and your boyfriend openly sharing about taking couples therapy. It's such an important step, and I think normalizing therapy for couples is something our generation and the next really need. It shouldn't be something people are ashamed or scared of. I saw a few other people have said this already, and it could be just weird light, but if you have an enlarged lymph node in your neck, please get it checked out. It's most likely nothing, but it could be something - that's how i got my cancer diagnosis. Take care!
