Cheers Ronan. The initial placement if the IF was always going to be a trial and error to get it dialed in. The filters work well.

I am working on both a home brew RF Power Amp for my ubitx, and also a 6m Transverter to get either by Ubitx or my IC-718 on 6m.

Not sure about the AVR. The Teensy would certainly work well with their audio library. I have them several times to good effect.

Nice work Charlie. Great to see Vero board it takes me back to my childhood great board for developing circuits. I am now using prototyping board the one with all the holes and to be honest I’m really getting on with it. Have you tried prototyping boards and if so I would be interested in your thoughts. BTW I’m really impressed with the performance of the transceiver well done mate. 73 for the UK M0XFX

Thanks John. No I haven't used protoboard. I use the vero board upside down, which works well. You just need to be mindful of inter-track capacitance etc. I'm certainly happy with the radio. 73 Charlie ZL2CTM
