Nice job on the video. Jim good opener ..... I have found that brewferm kits are also very good I tended to leave them to settle for a lot longer when you bottle it....... I would go with a vienna lager as you can get away with ale yeast with that no real temp worries and if its a kit I would say the Festival Vienna Lager kit is a excellent kit.... anyway well done again....

Nice one Jim, sounds like you were watching before you were even brewing! You could try a lager if you could keep the temps low enough or do a faux lager and use us05 to ferment it with so it's nice and clean tasting.

Welcome aboard Jim! Amazed you put out a 8 min clip for your 1st attempt... I was mumbling and stuttering after 2 mins and rushed through it forgetting most of what I wanted to say. If you want a session beer get a "Simply Pale Ale" kit, swap the yeast for US-05 and then dry hop it with 50-100g of what ever hops you like. I did this many times and fund it better than a lot of the more expensive kits out there. Cheers
