Yup. Like I've been saying. Without lining up beside another quick ski, it's hard to get an appreciation for now good my X2 works. The blaster is no slouch for sure, but my X2 does have a weight advantage.

Yeah, just like I said, "no trickery" haha... I got on it and it immediately felt perfect. Sad that I will likely never be able to fine one here, haha... maybe someday I can do a build on one.

I have a built 760 in mine and it runs in the 50s. Hands down the most fun I have had on a ski with a seat haha. I drag my knees just like I do on a sport bike when in a turn. I have yet to ride a tipple swapped blaster and those gp1200 and zxi1100s are like gold around the states. Hard to find one not way over priced so I will stick with my 760 for now haha.

This was the only time that I have driven one, but I would say that your description sounds accurate, haha. I was amazed at how natural it seemed and how it did seem to want to be ridden like a sport bike... with the exception if you fall off, it's not a big deal 🤣. I currently have 2 1100 and 2 900 triples... but only one of them is in working order, and the others needs major rebuilds, including crankshafts. The price of these engines is kinda ridiculous.

@JoelArseneaultKZbin lol yeah they are. I want to swap it but if find one it's destroyed amd they want 2 k for the ski lol. Yeah I have only owned stand ups my whole life including a fx1(kick myself every day for getting rid of it) the first time I rode my buddy's blaster I couldn't get on in deep water. Now I can but I feel the x2 amd stand ups are easier for me to board in ruff waters then a blaster. Atleast for me anyways. Well sounds like you need a blaster for one of those engines you have. Chop chop 🤣🤣

@@jeffbryner5355 I get what you are saying about the X2 and stand ups being easier to board... I feel like the X2 is much harder to board than a stand up, because you have to raise yourself out of the water to get on, and the blaster is basically like that but much higher... so yeah. I found a Blaster this fall, Jacob actually sent me a link to a facebook post of a guy selling a hull in BC... I responded to the ad immediately, and the guy never got back to me. Not man of them for sale anywhere, but especially not around me.

Haha... yeah, the X2 works pretty good. The waveblaster is a really cool fun ski, and I think easier to enjoy for most people. The X2 is basically a stand up and is very unstable. The wave blaster is tippy, but I think most people could get on one and ride.

Down here in Jax FL I saw a younger dude that rolled out with 3 of them and they were ripping good on the wave blasters but man they weren’t stable at slow speed

Wow... 3... Can I have one please sir ... haha. Tell him there's a famous Canadian KZbin star who would please like to have just one ... I think if you have ridden a stand up then they probably aren't too bad to ride at low speeds ... but yeah... they are quite tippy. I think that's part of the nimble lean to turn handling....
