@@user-nt5vb5zl8m No I am not in the vlog. But I know from KZbinr “Feli from Germany” and her podcast “Understanding Train Station” that secondary schools in Germany are usually good academically but are no frills in regards to school dances, pep rallies and the like.

@@jauntily The schools in Germany are absolute filth. Be glad you've never been to school here. There are no big school events here because the majority of the students reject it. Many are happy when they leave school at noon and don't see them for the rest of the day.

Looks like the homecoming is a good thing, because you guys had a lot of fun! I think such a custom would be great too, for german schools in my opinion. I never had something like that during my high school time.

Of course! It's a bit sad that we dosen't have something like that in germany what it's comparable with a homecoming or a prom. Something like that is good/important for a better class environment because you can get with those events easier in touch with your class mates.

What do you want in Commiefornia? I grew up in San Diego and what can I say? Extremely many restrictions on freedom, high taxes, a high crime rate, homelessness, people who judge you for trifles, especially in schools and universities. I'm glad I left and now live in Florida. I don't understand why other people want to go there

i had a friend who was studying at ucla and he was ostracized by his whole class and some teachers for not addressing a boy who identified as an ANIMAL with his made up pronouns. luckily there is nothing like that here in florida

I want to go to California because UCLA is one of the top rated universities in the nation, especially in my field of study. I want to become a psychiatrist and help people with their mental health and that job is in high demand in California. I feel that I can get the best possible education and internship opportunities if I study there!

And I say that as someone who grew up there since childhood
