Delicious! We baked it for MOTHER's DAY 2021. The only thing was the BAKING TIME. One hour is too long, at least for our oven. We only needed 45 minutes to cooked it. Thank you!

I just made this. The flavor is really really good, and I think it would be more moist if my oven didn’t run hot, so a tip is to keep an eye on it, mine didn’t need the whole hour, only maybe 45-50 mins. Really good! A keeper

Whenever you don't have buttermilk use three parts plain yogurt + one part milk , in this case 90g yogurt+30g milk
