నూనె - 1 టేబుల్స్పూన్
వేరుశనగగుళ్ళు - 1 కప్పు
ఉప్పు - 1 / 2 టీస్పూన్
కారం - 1 / 2 టీస్పూన్
ఫిల్లింగ్ కోసం కావలసిన పదార్థాలు:
ఉల్లిపాయలు - 2 (చిన్నగా తరిగినవి)
పచ్చిమిరపకాయ - 1 (చిన్నగా తరిగినది)
తరిగిన కొత్తిమీర
చాట్ మసాలా పొడి - 1 టీస్పూన్
ఉప్పు - 1 / 4 టీస్పూన్
కారం - 1 / 2 టీస్పూన్
నిమ్మరసం
