I remember when i first showed my family this song. (adopted) And i remember how much everyone loved this song. My dad was blown away by Tim and how low he went. He became a bigger fan then i was. He got diagnosed with cancer around 2 years ago now, 3 spots in his brain and 4 in his lungs. Even on the hardest of days for him he would listen to your songs and have a smile on his face. He LOVED "seven bridges road" And that was the last song he listened to before he passed this march in 2020. This song, Seven Bridges Road, And Go rest High On That Mountain, always bring me to tears because this was the first song he heard, he loved seven bridges road, and go rest high describes his life. I wish i had the money to have gotten him tickets to see you. I did eventually get tickets but unfortunately they were for this September. I honestly don't know if ill even be able to go without him. I love these songs and i just wish i could have listened to them one last time before he passed. Thank you Home Free for everything you have done. You have brought great happiness to my family when times were the hardest. I know that no one from the group might read the comments on such an old song. But i want to try and get you out to my small town to sing his favorite song .

I LOVE this medley! I have to point out that ALL of you are daringly, gorgeously, awesomely handsome, but Rob really sets off something in the heart with his beautiful showing of his wedding ring. I've noticed that in many videos. Such loyalty to his lady is endearing and I can see why his lady loves him so much. He has a special place in the hearts of everyone who can see his love for her. His smile and that fantastic beard helps, too. :-) You're all awesome, talented, sexy (I'm older than you, not dead...ha!), and I never go a day without hearing your songs at least five times apiece. Home Free has taken over my musical spirit and I love y'all!
@georgiawessling79879 жыл бұрын
+Bella H Me too. I've just discovered Home Free in the last 2-3 months and have been binge watching. And I am definitely an old lady. And I can say the same thing about them that I said about Clint Walker - God made him tall, dark, gorgeous, sweet and kind and then gave him a voice out of this world. When I get to heaven I'm going to ask God why? He and Home Free have enough voice to carry the good times through all of life. And I admire their diction also. One of the reasons I don't like much modern music is because so many don't know how to enunciate their words and keep the music understandable for all. These guys do. Thank you bunches and bunches. To tell you how old I am, my kids are 48 and 51 (soon to be 52). I've lived a lot and loved male singers the best - from Mario Lanza to Tennessee Ernie Ford to Elvis to Boy George. Actually I was surprised when I found out that Boy George had such a great voice. Tell me to shut up. I talk a lot-bet you didn't guess that one!!! Keep up the good work.
@bellah15929 жыл бұрын
Georgia, I'm almost 59, so I know the artists that you know. I was raised on Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, Tammy Wynette, George Jones, etc. I agree that their diction is fantastic. I refuse to listen to music that sounds like garbled garbage. I binge watch Home Free EVERY day for hours. There isn't one video, as yet, that I haven't seen at least ten times. I'm happy you like them as much as I do. Boy George scared me when I first heard him, because I expected garbage and he was good. lol

Definitely agree. The problem, I think, is that people have different tastes and preferences, don't always realize it and jump to judging. While I still think Straight No Chaser has the best arrangements of any a capella group I've heard, they are ALL ridiculously talented. I would like to throw Ten and VoicePlay into the mix as well. Love to all. Once you've heard a capella, you can't go back. And, though I don't know as much about PTX, I believe Homefreaks is actually Home Fries. And Chasers for SNC. I love Home Free and I don't usually like country music. I could listen to them all day.

Great medley, but I miss the Vocal Seismic Event that happened during their Sing Off performance of "I Want Crazy" when Tim sustains that rumbling bass note and the others harmonize over the top of it. That moment is my absolute favorite moment from Season 4 of The Sing Off (Ring of Fire and I'm Alright performances tied for second).

These guys are great. The country equivalent to Pentatonix. Definitely got a thing for bass singers. Avi is the ultimate but Tim Hoult is extremely good too. Wishing you guys much success your awesome.

The range of the bass is amazing. At 3:25, listen how he starts high and ends insanely low.

I have watched this video SO many times and I JUST realized that at 0:43 Chris is in the background playing bartender. And Rob in the plane at 2:30 cracks me up. He looks like he's totally blown away by that plane.

Best thing about this (really great) video is Tim Foust's "business" with his drink at the beginning. Also, Shawn Stockman was right. Tim looks so serene while singing the bass lines.
