Don’t watch this I give you quickly 3 box window as big building 2 ceiling x Mark 3 box (behind broken drink machine, outside van x Mark, upper floors big building box x Mark .) hope will help you less than 13 min

Joe Clymer Tried using a rocket, didn't work. Luckily, in the main menu under story, if you've played already it saves the last 4 missions you've done. I set it back to when I first entered Old Town and I was able to capture that area.
