Girl! So excited you are getting a fur baby! We got a pug mix puppy in February. You can put the peanut butter on a lick mat (Amazon has them). Make sure no Xylitol in the peanut butter because it’s poisonous to pup. The lick mat keeps them busy and is a fun treat. You can also stick the mat to the bathtub wall while bathing them. Keeps them occupied during bath time! ❤

Yes you put peanut butter in the Kong and then put it in the freezer. As long as it’s natural peanut butter, no salt, you can get it at Walmart or the grocery store. If it’s “just for dogs” they charge more. If you’re getting a Golden Doodle, find a good groomer and make sure they will take a new doodle. Where I live most groomers limit the number of doodles. Those little bowls are cute, but they outgrow them so quickly. I look at my babies and can’t believe they’ll be three soon. When I got them they were so tiny, a handful, lol. Make sure when the weather gets colder to get the little booties. It protects their pads from the rock salt ! They do look funny walking around but they do help!!

I hope if you are getting an dog that you let the dog clean itself. There are things in the doggie tung that you can not get from any shampoo. I would only use it, if it got into sewer or sprayed by a skunk or something like that. You wont have to do to much, simple is best.
