When I watched your channel I really appreciated your are first you tuber never said to like and subscribe that really made me thumbs up 👍 Next coming to one tip hung curd dip try this ginger, garlic, green chilli, roasted Jeera powder, black salt and vinegar make past then add curd. the hack of putting drops of oil in eggs boiling water dies the trick, similarly u can put 1,2 drops in the dal which u pressure cook so the dal comes out soft and does not spread upwards
