Thanks a lot for all your love ❤ So here goes the recipe for Maggi Masala Mix: (Please feel free to change as per your own taste) - **Coriander Powder** - 1 tsp - **Cumin Powder** - ½ tsp - **Turmeric Powder** - ¼ tsp - **Red Chili Powder (optional)** - ¼ tsp - **Black Pepper Powder** - ¼ tsp - **Amchur Powder (Dry Mango Powder)** - ½ tsp - **Garam Masala** - ¼ tsp - **Onion Powder** - ½ tsp - **Garlic Powder** - ¼ tsp - **Salt** - ½ tsp - **Sugar** - ½ tsp

Hi. You have a beautiful collection of plants. Even I have a good enough collection. I've asked you this before but didn't get a reply. Whenever I keep plants indoors they don't seem as happy. They begin to yellow and or wimp. After how many days do you take them out into your balcony? Or are they permanently inside?

Thank you for your kind words about my plant collection! Indoor plants can be a bit tricky sometimes. I never take them out of the house, I prefer not to!! They don't like the temperature change that much ..also for the yellowing, be mindful of the water that goes in, more and less both cases lead to yellowing..make sure they get the right amount of light too!!
