Try to keep a cup (or bottle) of water next to your bed. Down it before you even put your feet on the floor. It helps jumpstart your metabolism and may help with the tiredness and headaches.

OK.......I was a late starter, as usual, BUT I finally have my cards made AND I'm following them. The beauty of this series is, we can take what would work in our own lives and we don't have to do the rest. I'm a visual person like you so I HAVE to see Birthdays, appointments etc., on my calendar. So Kelly.....I'm enjoying this series AND my closet is STILL organized thanks to you, your organizational series and your gentle support talking me through my "closet panic" :-)

I had done this system when the book first came out.. It seems I always was ahead.. the other day I said OK GETTING back to the cards… so I was so happy to see this . I will be joining you.. I too for years got mirgraines and would lose 3 days each month. BUT I knew my house never really got that far behind.. When Imitrex came out my headache are in check now.. Thank you for what your doing..

Kelly, with all the cleaning going on could you do a video or blog post on all the cleaners you use? Like what you clean your woodwork with, ceiling fans, wood floors, tile floors bathrooms etc. Thank you! Really enjoying this series. TFS ♥ judy

This has always worked for me, when I put it into action. I would very much like to get back into doing this, I need to get back to my systems after several very difficult years.

@@findingkellyann It seems the last few years have been quite difficult for many of us. I’ve been trying to combine the card system with the Flylady. Recently, Im finding the videos of Minimom very helpful because she has simplified the flylady system to its essentials. Wishing you well and may 2023 be a great year!

I'm curious ... i've got setting up the system down pat. . .but, do you carry the days cards around with you around the house and when you run errands? Or do you make a list to carry around with you? Where do you keep your cardbox?
