This is the reality of the society we live in. I've been homeless twice in my 47 years of life and from my experience and the things I have seen while homeless. 95% of the time those that will help or offer anything are in fact other homeless people or someone that knows the struggle as you guys have witnessed doing these type of social experiments. This is as real as it gets. I've lived in homeless shelters and because of alcohol addiction I made many bad choices. Best choice I ever made was deciding whether alcohol was more important than a roof over my head. I chose a roof over my head. Then after I met with a va rep while there I was able to get into a substance abuse inpatient program. Thank God! But worrying about where you're going to sleep every night and finding food and somewhere to get somewhat cleaned up is rough
