Tip how to spot potential homeless nomads: Many have CARS and will scope out the place usually around 5:30pmISH, driving around and around... Pause and park along other vehicles and sit in their vehicle... And then study traffic patterns before letting others know via cellular text or call. Next thing you know, out of the blue..... 10 individuals with beer bottles and cigs, then progressing to Cartel/DEA provided narcotics. I've seen it happen too often when I lived in KTown LA yrs ago

Encino used to be a nice place to live but much like most of LA has turned in a POS... I wouldn't give shit to a homeless cuz it's gonna go in they're veins or liver... I used to help them but learned the hard way when they broke into our apt complex IN ENCINO and ransacked everybodies car that was left open in a closed parking garage
