I'm not done with the video, but this seems like a great idea. I might go ahead and do this one. I'll edit this when I finish it, because I want to see what you do with it. Edit: not bad. How much did all the metal cost you to do this? I'm assuming the wheels you used were from those sets that you can buy together? I'm just trying to decided if it would be worth it for me to go ahead and make this. I'm going to eventually get a 2x72, but can't afford it yet, and I used to have access to a 2x42 so i have some belts for it sitting around. I have a 4x36 and 1x30 sitting around for the grinding I need to do right now, but having that extra belt length, and the 2 inch width is really nice. I would love to know what you spent on this (I have the same dewalt bench grinder also. If I didn't mention that above, its actually a decent little grinder).

The belt dimensions on a 2x42 are 2 inches wide by 42 inches long before they are attached to form a continuous belt.
