Did you use superglue for the heatsink? just curious because I was tempting to do that with jbweld.

You can pick up proper heatsink pads on ali or similar places. I normally have a 10cm x 10cm sheet and cut them to size for my needs. Superglue is a bad choice at it doesn't deal with heat well... both in weakening at temperature and not conducting it particularly well. JBWeld at least is designed for higher temperature use, but it still isn't particularly great at conducting heat.

@@rajibartstechnologymd.mahf9807 You can repurpose an old laptop power supply if you have one. Easy to find (every laptop comes with one and the laptops tend to be end of life in a few years), and they put out 15-20V and a few amps... Check the info plate on the supply.
