Try using beer gas (CO2 and nitrogen) instead of straight CO2. The N2 does not dissolve in the beer and gives the pressure you need to drive it through the tap, but cuts down on excessive foam. You will also want to allow the CO2 bottle a little bit of time to dissolve in the beer to give you bubbles. Also, I love your channel. It is very clear what you are doing without going into excessive detail that detracts from from the presentation!

Thanks for the idea 👍🏼 but very difficult to find it mix , I was able to find only co2 . I will try with the next beer 🍺

Did you modify the water chemistry for proper balance? Did you have your source water tested for chemical analysis?

shouldve been brewed in the machine for 14-21 days a 10c, it was never going to be fully fermented on the timescales you programmed.

Sorry, but with those ingredients you can NOT call this German beer. I don't call Traubenschorle (grape spritz) Italian wine either.
@TheWolfyDaddy2 ай бұрын
He used water, grains, hops, and yeast. This IS beer, German or whatever. What EXACTLY are you objecting to? It is not helpful to just leave a negative comment, without making clear where you see a problem.
@astridpopp27032 ай бұрын
@@TheWolfyDaddyHe clearly says it's a German Kellerbier. According to the German 'Reinheitsgebot' which defines the allowed ingredients for a beverage calling itself beer, lemon and sugar(added) are not one of them. And I'm not hating. You can call it Belgian, Dutch or whatever else, but with those ingredients it's just not a German Kellerbier. And legally speaking with those added ingredients this wouldn't even be allowed to be called beer in Germany. I'm not criticising his product or his content but his terminology which is incorrect and misleading.
@TheWolfyDaddy2 ай бұрын
@@astridpopp2703 Ah, I see, so you are from the 'Reinheitsgebot' Polizei. Just to be clear, Andrea never claimed that his beer was according to the German 'Reinheitsgebot', so why don't you just relax a bit?! Also, next time when you leave a negative comment, could you please make it a constructive comment, instead of just being a hater?! It takes a lot of effort to create content like this, and people like Andrea deserve a lot more respect and consideration than what you have shown with your narrow-minded and unhelpful, whatever that was ...
@astridpopp27032 ай бұрын
@@TheWolfyDaddyYou are clearly unwilling to understand my comment so I'm done talking. BTW your hate towards me, calling me a member of the "Reinheitsgebots' Polizei, I am supposed to take in a stride? I was stating facts, if you can't handle that it's on you.
@ИгорьЧерняков-щ3с2 ай бұрын
I supposed Andrea just called the beer this way to describe beerstyle. In homebrewing beer purity doesn't matter
