Some things that actually helped to control my hairfall include: (1) I quit wearing hair ties because it leds to tension breakage. (2) I began massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to shield my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using gentle shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.

I have prepared this oil today at my home, it was superb easy to prepare. I will be following below routine for next 6 months to get rid of hair greying problem. 1. Eat daily 1 amla 2. Hair massage thrice a week with this homemade amla oil 3. Eat daily 1 carrot 4. Eat 1 spoon of ghee daily 5. Drink daily 1 spoon of bhringraj churn in glass of water while sleeping in night 6. Moisturize your hair with mixture made from curd, badam Rogan oil or til ka tel, honey, fresh aloevera. Only once a week, apply for 1 hr. I am gonna follow this routine religiously for next 6 months and will definitely share my result with all my friends here.
