Nice work. If you want to somedays upgrade stand, you can change that threaded rod to 10.8 version, so it not bend so much.

Este será el modelo proyecto que haré, no soy herrero pero la pandemia me orilla a ver la herrería como otra posibilidad de ingresos (vivo en Veracruz México y soy azulejero). Solo que hay dos piezas que no hubico sus nombres , el que parece un balero y la piecesita articula que sujeta el la pieza de corté?

You know this is a quality DIY builder, when safety is taken seriously with gloves, goggles and respirator.

He grinned things with the face of a cut off wheel. He also had no guard on it. Thats one of the most dangerous tools in the welding industry. Go look up cut off wheel accidents. Grinding with the face of it is a good way to make it explode.

@@gerjaison safety has little to do with the quality. Also, only a few minutes in and I haven’t seen him wear sleeves of any kind while welding. Great way to get melanoma. Not to mention the lack of a guard on the grinder. Very very dangerous. No, safety is not taken seriously in this video. Good project or not.

I pointed out pretty big miss-steps safety wise. Funny you should mention how nobody cares when you took the time to reply. I can also mention how this man was wearing a respirator while welding black iron. That’s an overstep of safety. Real welders don’t wear shit for black iron while using MIG. To each their own though. Maybe he just doesn’t want black boogies. Anyway, you have no clue what you’re talking about. I was pretty nice about it before, but now, I’ll outright say it. Cheers 🍻
