For the face I use jojoba oil, argan oil or almond oil instead of the coconut oil. Coconut oil is wonderful for your body as a moisturizer, terrific for an eye cream and a great for the lips.

I'm honestly not sure there is a great substitute. Frankincense has a ton of amazing properties for the skin. You could just leave it out I think :)

Yikes Coconut has a Comedogenic Rating of 4, wouldn't recommend for acne prone skin, or at least test and use with caution

LiviTellsYou you could use olive oil or grape seed oil. They have a very low chance at clogging pores at a 2 Comedogenic Rating for olive oil and a 1 for grape seed.

If you spread the first coconut & honey jam on your toast, this will be delicious! Lol I use my DIY coconut & honey mask for my skin and I saw a great result! DIY chemical-free products are more effective than your store-bought products!

I’m skeptical about the citric fruit essentials oils and daylight cause they react together and can cause harm to the skin, if your gonna use citric essential oils u should wait at least 12 hours before u go into sunlight
