You need to put at least one of the two extractors, you removed @ minute 17:22, back into the cabin part of the car. Otherwise you're HVAC system will not be able to work. The air that is blown into the cabin must be able to exit it somewhere. Your cabin is now sealed, means the blower will be spinning, but the amount of heated/cooled air being pushed into the cabin is limited. Als, you most likely will have a big window fogging issue because passengers create humidity and if the used, humid air has no exit, it will become very humid very quickly. Air quality will be terrible, you might get headaches and become tired quickly. I'm an HVAC engineer and deal with this stuff daily ;-)

Looking at your welds from when you start to when you finish the car so far is a huge improvement keep improving on your technique and you will switch from a grinder to a welder in no time

I have 3 questions and a few suggestions 1 are you adding a quarter glass on the sides 2 where you going to add your spare wheel and 3 are you leveling the tailgate lights to the other if yes? Maybe add a stripe of steel below 🤷‍♂️ But it’s your choice just adding a few words lol

Imaju dva pick upa, jedan je e30 i drugi e92 M3, pravili ih bmwovi mehaničari koji su tada išli još u školu, oba imaju tehnički, koriste ih samo za prijevoz stvari po werku u minhenu di se trojke prave, tj e30 je otišao u penziju nakon sto je došao e92

I love it. Amazing I do have a few recommendations though, A flat sheet of metal etc on the floor frame rails to protect wiring, water proof water tight/ Maybe unbolt able to get at the battery. Also side filler pieces to clean up the holes in the inside where you cut out the old metal at. looks sweet though, maybe make the truck hinge open like some cars etc Honda civic hatchback. keep up the great work.

Cutting the roof short was a Derp moment, but everything else looks cool. You could even upgrade the rear springs so that you could carry some weight back there after you build the inside of the bed & floor. Put an LSD in it too.

@Urly Gracious Puzon no. It's wire feed, but was wondering if it's TIG or MIG or something else. My plain wire feed welder would melt the body metal. Maybe it's a welder power setting or simply great skills, but I'm very impressed with how you welded that thin body metal.
