You need to look into an inverter generator. They are quiet. You can sit on it and have a conversation, and having it on the back of the boat or on a boon, you barely notice it running.

They aren't big stinky fish there delicious, and you would be able to see way better with some amber lights, it will penetrate the water better for less refraction. It will also cut thru the muddy water better.
