good idea, may wanna try something not quite so abrasive. while you were doing that i saw quite a bit of white powder which means it is also wearing heavily on the concrete. use it too many times and you will probably start putting recesses in the edges of the sidewalk .

As long as you don’t mind the dust storm, after brushing all you have to do is clean the windows, repaint the house, dig out the car and consider if you prefer your flowers all brown then simply apologise to everyone within a 100 meter radius

This gives me another idea, maybe for smoother operation try finding a round brush of some kind like maybe a brush that is used on a pool vaccum cleaner or similar that way it has even weight distribution throughout it's full rotation.

I used steel cable once in place of the plastic trimmer line. I felt like a damn genius until the cable wore out almost as fast as the plastic line. I have masonry fence around my back yard that is hell on trimmer line, so I really hoped the cable was going to be a solution. It did cut very well.....while it lasted...

perilous with a wire head you would have had the same result. by drilling holes in the slurry you bring imbalance in the blade so the brush cutter will quickly break success with it 👌🏼🤜🏼🤛🏼

Here's the solution for the soil problem: Either make borders so the soil doesn't erode away on the concrete or make the concrete higher so the water flows off into the soil. The idea wasn't that bad but it creates a sand storm and a big mess lol.

Plastic bristle brushes would have worked too way less abrasive on concrete. Sure you got rid of overgrowth but made more work and a dust storm. Pretty sute your flowers were screaming in protest

Why ruin the brushes? There is already a screw hole on the Handle that you can use for that, and add an additional screw on the head, plus it would make your working width wider. Also, pre drill holes in the wood so the wood does not split! And one more thing, have you thought about accidentally hitting your foot with that, or if a bristle falls out, it would shoot into your leg because of the speed. Wear pants!!

1. Try it with trimmer damile. It will make the same effect. 2. It's not earth on concrete jbg!!! Soil on concrete/yard! ;)
