How to make the Creamiest butter chicken at home?
Ingredients for Butter Chicken Recipe:
Step One:
3 tbsp yogurt
salt to taste
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic powder
½ cardamom powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cinnamon powder
3 tbsp lemon powder
1 kg chicken
30 g butter
Step Two:
75 g butter
3 green cardamom
1 mace
½ tsp grated nutmeg
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped ginger
2 green chilies
1 chopped onion
salt to taste
1 tsp red chili
1 tsp paprika powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
12-15 cashew nuts
1 tsp sugar
3 large tomatoes
blend the mixture and pour it back into the pan
60 g butter
5 tbsp whipped cream
1 cup water
add the fried chicken and garnish with cilantro
