Being a new mum we always confused about nutrition value as well as packaged food hence here I am with a very good video of homemade cerelac and below info is about what is it about..
Makhana:-
The high protein, calcium, & Fiber content of makhana promotes the growth of strong bones & a healthy digestive system.
Poha:-
It is a good source of carbohydrates, providing essential energy to support a baby's growth & development also it contains vitamins & minerals such as iron, calcium, & B Vitamins, which are essentials for baby's overall health & development.
Ghee:-
It is a rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids also helps in weight gain and boosts the metabolism of the baby. By giving ghee to your child in the initial year will help to keep their bones healthy & strong.
