All you will need is a tent pole replacement (4 piece) I picked up from Meijer, 1 hockey puck, 1 eye bolt and 4 large stainless steel swivels. Obviously you will need a bungee with a anchor of some sort and a jerk cord.

thanks for this....I have some extra tent poles and elastic along with the hockey puck. So...the elastic the only portion goes all the way thru, and each hole for the poles is larger, but not going all the way thru correct?. Thinking about doubling the length on the tent poles to get a wider spread though (2 sections per leg). I was going to make one out of pvc, but this is a lighter option overall I think, and I have the supplies on hand except the anchor. Any idea how heavy is it, and how well did it work on that last day Any changes or mods made to it??

Each hole goes all the way through.... the poles will stop each other. Off set the anchor eyebolt so it doesn't interfere with the poles. It's worked flawlessly for a couple seasons now.

I believe that the anchor I have is the 3lb folding style that has worked great

What brand decoys are those? They look more stable than keel decoys.
