I've experienced acne for a year. I began improving by doing small things like using fresh towel and changing my pillowcase often. I use a mild face wash from litttlextrra riiceberry which is pH balanced. Consistency has worked the most. Now, I have a simple 3-step regimen that I use daily, and I'm slowly recovering. It has boosted my confidence. Let's stay positive together!
