@@Alis-du9ui yah, but how about the big factory company like ice cream, cake etc.. are they gonna rinse the whole machine even the whole building could get wet?

@@yhenkagami The whole building would not get wet because based on my past experiences, the ice cream making process will only be processed in a closed space which equipped with draining system and water pipe, so if getting wet, only the machines and floor of closed space will get wet. We will only operate next ice cream making process after the machine is dry.

@@argenisjuliethosoriogomez9024 Hola han pasado varios meses y no leí esta respuesta a tiempo...la verdad yo aprendí hacer helado de forma industrial-artesanal...y/o que pude investigar y aprender es que los ingredientes venían hechos es decir, los polvos para los helados de crema, la goma para los helados de agua y esos polvos para los helados de yogurt....la máquina hacia app 10 a 8 litros de helado ...y lo primero que se agregaba (ya encendida la máquina) era la leche fría ( 5 a 8 litros ya sea entera , semi o descremada) nunca probamos con leches de soya, avellana u otras....solo de vaca....luego por esos 8 ó 10 litros de leche( si era de crema) se agregaba unos polvos ( no recuerdo lo gramos) , el azúcar o endulzante si era para diabéticos ( y sin lactosa) y después la cantidad de crema de leche (no recuerdo la cantidad) se dejaba funcionando la máquina hasta que la leche se volvía la típica crema...y se agregaba ingredientes como: pasta de pistacho, o de nuez, o de almendra, o lúcuma, o frambuesa, etc...para el sabor (de cremas con leche) hay sabores como los crema mora, frutilla o murtilla que solo es mezclar y revolver...después los helados de agua o frutas se echaba en un tarro grande con agua fría la fruta cruda cortada y sin cáscaras ( la que tu escogieses...) y con un batidor gigante se trituraba esa fruta y después se le echaba una goma, azúcar, y un polvo y se introducía en la máquina hasta que se volvía cremosa y se sacaba como en este video y se guardaba en sus recipientes de aluminio....ojala esto te halla ayudado...de lo contrario busca tutoriales para helados en casa de crema, fruta o de yogurt ya sea para diabéticos o normales...besos y mucho éxito en tu PIME
