Привет! Если поднять стойку, на которой крепится планка с подшипниками, нацепить на неё пружину, средней упругости, то, на пружине можно зафиксировать верхнюю часть полоски по металлу, а нижнюю часть закрепить за отломанный наконечник сдохшей, "родной" пилы лобзика. Планку с подшипниками можно снять или оставить! При этом, можно использовать и пилочки от ручного лобзика, (через пинцет-зажим, подвешенный к пружине), только, (в обеих случаях), добавить, сверх площадки, дополнительный, фиксированный к ней столик! Так же, можно использовать, травматологическую, (проволочную), "Пилу Джигли", только, она не любит перегрева - (рвётся, если слишком усердно пилить кость)... Мира всем!@

Truly love your work, design and projects. Frustrated that I cannot get my hands on multi-layered plywood like you use. Even our US 18mm (3/4 in) furniture grade birch plywood (now $90 for 4 ft x 8 ft) would not handle the drilling as you do in you smaller pieces here. I suppose in Europe or Japan it is easier to get true Baltic birch with 17+ ply. Thanks again for your channel.

Gracias. Primero comienzo mis proyectos haciendo dibujos en 3D. De esta forma, disminuye la probabilidad de cometer errores en las mediciones. Al hacerlo de esta manera, puedo ver lo que saldrá de antemano.

Por cierto, tengo un video del cortador de setos y círculos que hice para esta herramienta. Te recomiendo que mires. Bastante exitoso

how do you keep the jig saw running without maintaining the trigger button presssed down??

Hello there. My saw has a lock button that can hold the button down. I press this button after pressing the trigger. If your saw doesn't have one, use a switched socket. secure the saw's trigger with a cable or plastic clamp. In this case, when you plug the saw into the socket, it will work directly. If you choose the socket with a switch, the saw will depend on this switch. You can see a wiring harness like this in my "table saw" video. I hope I understood your question and gave an adequate answer.

When I bought a jigsaw with this kind of project in mind, I specifically looked for a model with a lockable trigger and easy blade release, and ended up with a Bosch GST 90 E. The trigger is rather hard to get to though, so I might end up mounting an NVR switch like the one I have on my router extension on my table saw. (Axminster AX103622). It's rather expensive, but it is a heck of a lot more convenient. Doesn't work with cordless jigsaws though. ;) Edit: I ended up buying a cheap on/off switch (green on / red off) and connected it to the 2 halves of an extension cord with spade connectors. I got it right the first time, so no tripped breaker. :)

Hi. First of all, thank you very much for your nice comment. I forgot to put the miter measurements on the measuring document. But I will post it as soon as possible and let you know. I made the miter bar according to the material I had. In fact, at that time there was no tool that cut properly. If you want, you can make it as 18mm. In this case, the only difference in the dimensions is that the 190mm sides of the 2nd piece will change to 202mm.

Hello there. Firstly, thank you. When you say "two spinning wheels", I think you mean the bearings on both sides of the saw blade. These bearings prevent the saw blade from swinging and provide straight cuts. Muchas gracias. Me alegro de que te guste. Las dimensiones de los rodamientos son las siguientes; Rodamientos que utilicé en ambos lados 626ZZ (diámetro interior de 6 mm, diámetro exterior de 19 mm). Desmonté el rodamiento que usé en el medio de un disco duro viejo. Sus dimensiones son diámetro interior 4 mm, diámetro exterior 11 mm y ancho 12 mm. Utilicé el rodamiento en el medio del cabezal de lectura y escritura, es decir, la parte móvil de los discos duros.

Yani PDF veya word dosyasına ölçüleri versem herkes için daha iyi olacak galiba. Ancak dediğim programı indirirseniz metre şeklindeki ikon ile tüm ölçüleri rahatlıkla çıkarabilirsiniz. Yine de vakit ayirabilirsem dekupaj tezgahı için kolay ölçü tablosu yapmaya çalışırım.

Вообще то классная работа !!! Не спорю РУКИ ЗОЛОТЫЕ !!! Если надо для дела КЛАСС !!! Но сточки выгоды ноль !!! Исходя из стоимости и отхода материала не выгодно !!! Многие смотрят такие работы ради чтоб увидеть реальный размер сколько на сколько , тип крепежа , марку клея итд. и итп. . А не манипуляцию ловких рук и конечный результат !!! Многим нужна информация на альтернативный инструмент по сравнению с фабричным станком. Так обычный фабричный не всегда соответствует тем требованиям пользователя , а переделка в основном металлолом ибо материал из чего сделан это во всём сплав не металл. Всего хорошего Вам !!! Берегите СЕБЯ !!!

@ Скажу проще. Он считает, что вы отличный мастер и работа сделана отличная. При этом, он сомневается, что этот станок нужен Вам для работы и даже считает, что никакой выгоды от станка нет. Также он утверждает, что такие ролики смотрят для того, чтобы поучиться приёмам работы и используемым материалам. Предпоследний абзац у него можно считать набором слов, т.к. почти никакого смысла.

Спасибо, что проявили интерес и объяснили комментарий, написанный 5 месяцев назад... Используемые инструменты будут работать в зависимости от того, что вы делаете. Могу сказать, что это станок, которым я пользуюсь больше всего. В любом случае... еще раз спасибо 👍

The dimensions of the bearings are as follows; Bearings I used on both sides 626ZZ (6mm inner diameter, 19mm outer diameter) I disassembled the bearing I used in the middle of an old hard disk. Its dimensions are inner diameter 4 mm, outer diameter 11 mm and width 12 mm. I used the bearing in the middle of the read-write head, that is, the moving part of the hard disks.
