Loquat jam is similar to apricot jam. I usually eat with bread, yogurt, sometimes as a cake glaze. Thank you for the comment😊

I cut it in half and use my fingers to remove seeds, membranes and peel off the skin. I also add some lemon juice, lemon zest and cinnamon powder to enhance the taste.
