Malai Kulfi ingredients 1 litter milk 2 cardamom (you can use pinch of powder) 4 tbsp Milk Powder any brand 1/4 milk add 2 tbsp cornflour mix it and add into milk for thickness Crushed nuts 3/4 cup sugar make it in caramelised form 2 bread slices crumbs 1 box of fresh cream 250 ml You can use whipped cream HOW TO COOK, described in vedio with English subtitles, TRY IT, AND GIVE ME FEED BACK ❤️🫶 just concentrate during caramelised sugar on very low flame and don't burn the sugar, if you feel difficulty then don't caramelised sugar you can add directly ❤

Since I have learned to make kulfi and chocolate icecream at home, this has become our favorite. One box of kulfi icecream is still in my freezer and will be gone soon. Hubby loves it thats why i make it for him. I mostly use condensed milk as the flavor gets strong , this time i made with brown sugar and the flavor is same but color is just like yours.

I remember long time back plastic moulds used to be given free with the kulfi mix. I had some with me may be in the store. It come with a lid also and you cam incert the stick wind and pull it.
