This push configuration is more for a foundry not a heater. This excels the burning rate of the fuel where it becomes less efficient for heating or cooking.

Interesting... I like what you've done, but what are your intended applications? My concern would be wondering if you are obtaining maximum heat potential from the pellet fuel... In other words, how much unburned gas loss does this set up generate? If you added and elbow where your fire leaves the burn tube and extended that into a chimney/riser of a few feet plus added secondary air, would you get a more complete perfect burn of gasses in a secondary burn? I do not know, so my questions are sincere. Thanks!

Nice solution. Two questions: Does the pellets scroll down without coclea ? How do you solve the return of smoke or fire on the pellet tube ?

From the pellet silo there is a coclea feeding this burner. I did not have problem with returning fire on this

burner can be put in anything. Many are selling burners to put how you like. The key of course is a clean burn first then it don't matter where it goes. cylinderstoves.com sell a burner also. Hastyheat com is a great one I believe....if you got $600. This burner here look like it can take wood chips possibly which is a big plus if you can feed them. I was going to put a (hand fed) trough with dc auger to feed a hole in a pellet stove once but insurance(nationwide) made me quit pellets stoves. There may be more burners for sale out there besides ones I mentioned. Keep a look out. Like Instove.com rocket cookers to..

Φίλε μου Καλημέρα πολυ καλο αυτο που έφτιαξες ΜΠΡΑΒΟ.Θα σου έλεγα μπροστά να το έκανες λιγο κονικο...δηλ εαν ειναι η σωληνα φ120...να την κανεις φ80 έτσι θα υπάρξει μεγαλύτερη πίεση του αερα και θα ανεβάζει πιο ευκολα και πιο γρήγορα θερμοκρασία και η φωτιά θα κανει "μύτη"και καλα μπροστα.ΜΠΡΑΒΟ σου και παλι.

Γεια σου φιλε μπορεις να μου πεις αν η αντισταση θα εχει προβλημα με τις υψηλες θερμοκρασιες που θα αναπτυσονται. στον χωρο καυσης? και αν εχεις υπ'οψην σου αντισταση που λειτουργει εξω απο το χωρο καυσης --θα ηθελα μια επικοινωνια μαζι σου για καποιες πληροφοριες ..

***** the way is set up and with that fan blowing, I don't think you're going to have a lot of ash accumulation. I can see the ash coming out.
