I tried the recipe today and it was a real success ! At least, perfect measurements for a pizza dough, it wasn't sticky at all and easy to spread. Yet, once baked, my pizza dough wasn't so "bubbly", but it was still very yummy ! I made 4 medium pizzas, my darling and I are full! I highly recommend it if you have a sudden need of pizzas, cause it's easy and quick to make ! Thank you a lot for the recipe !

Love the recipe and thank you for the video. Like all your videos, the background music is outstanding and apply suited to the recipe-of-the-day. I bring two thoughts from watching... 1) Many pizza chefs will wet their Bench Scraper before dividing the ball of dough - making it cut easier. 2) I prefer a thick crust pizza with a large bubbly crust. Adding the oil too soon will coat the dough before the yeast has a change to feed on it. I suggest you try not adding the oil in the beginning and see if you notice a better rise and oven spring.

+Marina De Santis it will work I am sure.. just don't be afraid of making dough.. if it feels too sticky add a bit more flour.. if it is too hard add more water.. that is why I said to add water gradually up to 1 cup.. I used 220 ml and worked for me well.. maybe bread flour will need 1 cup.. and so on..
