I make Christmas rocky roads with white chocolate for the NICU nurses working Christmas Day, every year. Then, in their infinite wisdom, faceless managers decided no one could eat anything that wasn’t individually wrapped. So now I have to waste a load of Bacofoil and wrap each piece. Of course, the managers are all at home stuffing their faces and getting blotted, but the rocky roads have survived! 🥳

I didnt know about Rocky Road sweets...this definetely seems interesting and we can make it with absolutely anything we want (as you ve shown in the vid) from nuts to biscuits. How fun, in america rocky road tends to mean that you want the ice cream. Chocolate is super healhy especially if you add so many random goodies with it like here. I didn't know haha that you had to cool the chocolate to harden it, haha, my brain said the oven 🤭. How sad, that doesn't make sense! Chocolate couldn't harden in the oven...duh!

Sorry. That’s not Rocky Road. It was first made in New Zealand in 1984. Chocolate, Marshmallows, Peanuts Roasted and Jubes (not sugared).
